Near You
See who is in the Just a Baby community near you, by country, state and city, shown as ranges of members active in the last three years.
Wondering who’s out there near you? These pages show the Just a Baby community by country, then by state and city wherever enough people live there. Each place counts the members whose profile was active in the last three years. It shows that number as a range, never a headcount. No names, no faces, just a sense of how many. Pick your country below to start, then go as close to home as the pages allow.
How to read a range
A range is just that. A range, never an exact count. We show the community this way on purpose. A range tells you whether a place is quiet or busy without pointing at any one person. Nobody can be picked out from the numbers. Very small places are held back altogether, for the same reason.
The range counts people who’ve been active. That isn’t the same as people who are free to meet. Someone counted in your city might be talking with someone else already. They might be taking a break. They might want something different from you. What the range does tell you is this: people like you are here, in your part of the world, thinking about family. The only way to know more is to say hello.
Why some places have no page
A place only gets its own page when enough people are there. Enough for a range to say something without singling anyone out. When a city is too small, it folds into its state or region, and you’ll find its people counted there. When a state or region is too small, it folds into its country. Every country with enough people has a page of its own.
This changes as the community grows. As more people join in a place, the pages zoom back in. A country gets its states, and a state gets its cities. If your town has no page today, look one level up. Your neighbors are probably counted there, and your town may get its own page later.
People travel
A line on a map doesn’t decide who you can meet. Members talk across borders. Some travel to meet in person, when it feels right for both of them. You can look close to home, or further afield whenever you like. Set your distance in the app to see who’s further away. It’s yours to set, and yours to change.
So if your country looks quiet, don’t stop at the border. Have a look at the countries next door too.
